14th day in korea-daejeon
i still miss my family=(
nt so much of singapore though. lols.
anyway, after the fri trip to daejeon zooland, we went to yuseong traditional market which only open on the 4th, 9th, 14th, 19th, 24th and 29th.
as usual, we took cab down.
it was pretty much like a MARKET where most stalls sell vegetables, meat and seafood.

actually, there were live dogs, cats and rabbits too. And u should know why they are there also. its a really really sad scene when u see dogs lying there and waiting to be butchered.
Btw, i saw cooked dog meat also. SUPER super sad and angry, but what can i do? hais. i din took picture of it cos its really qt gruesome.
BIG BIG packets of korean tidbits. selling at 2000won only. i din buy cos i dunwan to get fat over at korea. LOLS. its really super huge. And i believe im capable of finishing it myself if i really buy it. im the sort who will binge wil doing work. hahas.
qc bought the popcorn one though. its okay for her, cos shes too skinny. hahas
korean honeydew selling everywhere. and cheaper than any other fruits in korea.
there was one day when i gt sudden craving for apple, but when i went to check out the apples in the supermarket, i decided maybe i should curb this crave cos......

there wasnt much stuff to shop for in the yuseong market, so we ended up taking taxi to Galleria Dongbaek where its connected to an underground shopping area. I LOVE THE PLACE. SO SO MANY cheap T-shirts selling at 5000 won each only. we spent the next 6 hrs there until the shops closed.

we continued our walk ard the underground shopping area after our dinner. While the girls were busy buying facial mask and some other beauty products. ( im nt really into them, lols) i saw my mei mei's ou xiang again. lols hes really everywhere.
we did a little more shopping before we realised all other stores were starting to pack up. So, we went home before the underground shopping area become scarily quiet.
Next day (15th june 08 )
Ok. ITS MY AH-MOI'S 18th BIRTHDAY! hahas
a little late, but still....
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LA!!
hahas. sunday, i spent my morning doing some cleaning up and laundry. Then, i joined the girls to HoMever to do a little of shopping.
i bought toothpaste, sweetpotato swiss roll and some cakes. lols
then we had dinner there.
we were so shocked and happy when we saw the size of the portion displayed outside this particular foodcourt like eating place. but we all gt cheated when we bought the food. lols
this is supposed to be a 2 person's serving. ok, i know it looks big in the picture. but i swear that their display was twice this size. LOLS! so we were a little disappointed when the food come. hahas
i shared the food with hm.
But anyway, i din manage to finish also. cos its simply too MEATY!!!
and when hm suddenly mentioned the dog meat we saw the day before, i went eeeeeerrrr~~~~~
